Orange, Cingular Sales Alliance Excludes Better Roaming Fees (Gartner)
Orange and Cingular Wireless will coordinate transatlantic mobile services for multinationals. The deal allows bigger discounts on U.S. customers' Cingular bills, but does nothing to cut international roaming charges.
